TUCSON - A cold case arrest for Tucson Police has been made, in the 1976 murder of 20 year old Donna Smith.
Detectives always suspected her live-in boyfriend Bruce McCullough, but he eluded them all these years.
On May 2, 2013 he was tracked down in San Diego, California.

TUCSON - Local musicians were performing for a cause Wednesday night.
The Hut on Fourth Avenue hosted a benefit fundraiser for victims of the Boston bombing and West, Texas tragedies.
Admission was a $10 donation.
