TUCSON - For the first time, the family of a Tucson mom killed earlier this week are speaking out.
Tina Soto was found shot to death in a car Tuesday night on the Southside.
She's the mother of three kids, and two of them were in the car with her during the crime.

FLORENCE - A dog animal control officers thought was abandoned in Pinal County has been reunited with its owner.
The owners of Midnight met with Pinal Animal Care & Control Friday to claim their dog and complete the investigation.

TUCSON - A court appearance today for a recently resigned Tucson Police officer. Andrea Middleton has been indicted on three counts of computer tampering.

TUCSON - It's long been thought a cigarette butt started the fire. Schewel said a Tucson man was at the center of the investigation for lying to authorities regarding his whereabouts when the fire started but he was never formally charged with starting the Aspen Fire.

The man told Cpt. Goldberg he had been working his way through the sewage line for 3 days. He started his journey near downtown, the man said, and ended up at the Sweetwater sewage plant near Interstate 10.

TUCSON - Police cordoned off a section of the Tucson Mall parking lot due to a report of a "suspicious" car, Tucson Police said.
The car, in the lot next to Sears, was examined for any potential threats.
Baby powder was shaken over the hood of the car, Tucson Police spokeswoman Sgt. Maria Hawke said.
As of 3:15 p.m., police have cleared the area and determined the car was not dangerous.
The report about the car was reported to 911.
